Jump towards the time block and use Din's Fire. Enter the middle section and, first removing your boots, climb atop the floating box at the very top. Put the Iron Boots on again to land on the rim and walk underwater to the entrance with the small box next to it. Swap to the Iron Boots and sink to the middle of the main area, then take them off and swim over to the 2F rim of the temple. Play Zelda's Lullaby to raise the water level all the way to the top. Main hall, 3F: Use your longshot to get over to the Triforce symbol in the small alcove in the corner. Cross the gap via using the longshot to find yourself on the parameter of the central structure again. Exit through the gate by stepping on the switch.

Use the target to longshot yourself up to the third floor. Walk to the end of the tunnel and fight the Lizalfos.

Hookshot targets have now appeared all over this section. Shoot the tablet on the wall with your hookshot to get a red rupee, then exit the room. Defeat them to make a treasure chest appear.
